What methods of payment can I use?

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal.

What currencies do you accept?

Currently we accept payments only in EURO.

Will TASHISARL.COM save my payment information?

We do not store any customer debit/credit card information. When you pay by credit/debit card, all credit/debit card information is directly transacted in a secure fashion to CyberSource or PayPal, our payment gateway providers.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently we ship only to EEA Countries and Switzerland as well as the mainland UK.

European Economic Area (EEA) includes all EU member states and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

Please note that we do not ship to European or UK overseas territories (Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, French Guiana, Guadeloupe Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint Martin)

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the payment.

How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped we will email you with a tracking link and number.

What is your returns policy?

You should inform us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at Info@tashi.com with the subject line “Return: your order number”. Please note that returns are shipped at customers own expense.

Will I get my shipping refunded if I return my order?

Shipping cost can’t be refunded as the expense has already being incurred.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

In a rare case of an item incurring damage in transit please contact Tashi at info@tashisarl.com with subject line “damaged goods: your order number” to arrange for a replacement.

How do I care for my purchase?

The materials we use are organic and requires care in use, storage and cleaning.

To best retain the shape of the item please restrain from over filling.

Avoid exposure to heat and light.  

Do not let the products come in contact with chemicals including harsh cleaning products, perfumes and cosmetics.

Avoid storing your item in a hot, very humid or non-ventilated location.

To clean the item please use mild soap solution and remove it completely using a damp white cotton cloth.

Do not clean with solvents such as alcohol, acetone, paint thinner, bleach, oils, vinegar, waxes, silicone, armorall, stove (continental soda) or detergent cleaners.

Please clean spills and stains as soon as possible to avoid irreversible damage to your product.
