Returns Policy

Returns Policy  


You have the right to withdraw from the contract if you change your mind within 14 days of receipt of the item. To return the item you must email Tashi SARL of your intention to email address with the subject line “Return of Order”. Your email should include the flowing information: (a) the products you wish to return/ exchange and (b) the order number. 


Kindly note that all costs incurred during return/exchange will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded by Tashi Sarl unless the product is faulty or defective. 


The right of return or exchange only applies to full-price items and does not apply to sale or promotion items as well as customized products. We reserve the right to reject the returned products and decline exchange if any returned if return product/ or exchange is not completed within the 14-day period and/ or does not meet the conditions set out below: 

  1. The item must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, unused, and undamaged.  
  1. Item must be in its original packaging and with the tags and labels attached. 
  1. All accessories such as dust bags and related documents such as instruction booklets etc. should be returned. 
  1. The receipt or proof of purchase must be submitted.  





Once the returned item is received we will inspect the item and email you confirming the receipt and if the item is approved/ or rejected for refund.  


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days. 



Delayed Refunds: 


If the refund isn’t received after the 07-day period please first check your bank/ Creditcard company as they may be still processing the refund.

Exchange of the same product (same price) in different colors and/or size is permitted. All exchanges are subject to availability. Products can only be exchanged once.
